Soul Survivor Supportive Living Foundation Home is designed to ensure that our women have a safe and secure place to heal and recover.

Basic Qualifying Criteria

Women Veterans and Civilian Women With the Following Barriers:

  • Disabilities
  • Homelessness
  • Justice Involvement
  • Sobriety Challenges
  • Recently Discharged From Active Duty or a Hospital

Responsibilities of Residents

  • Clean Drug Test
  • Must Have Valid State-Issued ID
  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Must Have DD-214 Proving Service in the Military
  • Recent Physician's Health Report
  • Must Complete an Intake Interview
  • All Residents Are Required to Perform 1 Hour of Volunteer Work with our Community Partners
  • Residents Are Encouraged to Gain Employment or Attend School During Their Stay
